When the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the air is low, it is mainly corrosive and irritating, and when the concentration is high, it can cause rapid coma or death in the human body. 0.005~0.01%, eye and respiratory tract irritation occurs after 1~2 hours, 0.015~0.02%. Main sources: decay of organic matter; hydrolysis of sulfur-containing minerals; mineral oxidation and combustion.
